Where We Deliver

Vaino Wear currently ships to Estonia, all European Union member states, and the Scandinavian countries — Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland.

We do not currently offer shipping outside of Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@vainowear.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Because every item is handmade to order, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before dispatch. During busy periods (November–January) processing may take up to 10 business days.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

  • 🇫🇮🇱🇻🇱🇹 Finland, Latvia, Lithuania: €6.90 / Free on orders over €100
  • 🇸🇪🇳🇴🇩🇰 Sweden, Norway, Denmark: €9.90 / Free on orders over €120
  • 🌍 Rest of EU: €12.90 / Free on orders over €150
  • 🇮🇸 Iceland: €19.90 (flat rate)

Your Rights Under EU Law

As an EU-based seller, Vaino Wear (MV Kudumine OÜ) complies fully with Estonian and European Union consumer protection law, including:

  • EU Regulation 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) — transparent cross-border commerce
  • EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights) — right to clear pre-contractual delivery information
  • Estonian Law of Obligations Act (võlaõigusseadus) — governs the contract of sale between seller and buyer
  • Omniva / DPD carrier terms — delivery is subject to the respective carrier's standard terms of carriage

Undelivered or Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@vainowear.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Under EU consumer law, risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the nominated address. If a parcel is lost in transit due to carrier fault, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
